Welcome to Page Four of this Article where we are going to discuss the reasons why JESUS is the only way to the FATHER.

Do you believe that JESUS is the WAY?  I hope so.  Eternity for you depends on it! (your belief on HIM).  But have you thought of why HE is the only way? Think about it for a moment.  Why JESUS?  Why not another great religious teacher?

Without going through JESUS, the Only Way, you can't get to heaven, can't have a relationship with CREATOR.  You can't overcome in this world.  Can't! Can't what?

Can't go around JESUS.  Can't go under or over HIM.  Have to go through HIM! JESUS is the Only way!  The is - no other way.  

Did you know that it is possible to be a Follower of JESUS and get off the path a bit?  There are times in our lives that we must examine our own faith and be sure that we are built upon the true Foundation!  

Ways in which we can lose the path . . . .

1.  Going around JESUS - 
This is the "JESUS plus" error.  In the Apostle Paul's days it was JESUS plus circumcision.  The mix of the religion of the Israelites and the new "sect" of Followers of JESUS became poisonous when the idea was introduced that to be saved and a part of the Kingdom, you must receive JESUS and be circumcised. This is to say that JESUS alone is not enough.  But, trust the Word. HE is Enough!  HE is the GOD that is more than enough!

2.  Going over JESUS - 
There are those who say, "I am not so bad . . .   I have never killed anyone.  I do good deeds . . ." This is presenting our own righteousness to FATHER and demanding that we are accepted on the virtue of this.  Although we are saved to do good works, they are never to our credit, but to HIS! They well never earn us anything in regards to our salvation.

3.  Going under JESUS - 
This is the realm of false humility, characterized by the belief that one will never make it.  We are so down that nothing can ever bring us up.  FATHER would have to have mercy on us because we are nothing.  The reason I call it false humility is that it is a game that we sometimes play, even though we know better.  We play this game for sympathy.  The Word tells us that HE "Always causes us to triumph . . . ." Again the only way to the FATHER is to receive JESUS and let HIM make the changes in our lives that are necessary.

Finally, the right and only way to the FATHER is through JESUS!  It is salvation made by JESUS, planned by the FATHER and wrought into existence by the HOLY SPIRIT.   It is the only way!  If you have it - spread it! If you don't have it - get it, RIGHT NOW!
