Unity again.  Means—One-ness!

One.  We are supposed to be, not two or three or many or diverse!  One!

You hear a lot in America about diversity.  Well, it is nice to see all types coming together in America. But the diversity is supposed to stop at the border!  The founding of America is quite like the founding of the Church.

You see, America was intended to be a “melting pot” for the refugees of all other countries.  You may have been Russian, Chinese, Lebanese, English, Rumanian, Portuguese, Malaysian, or any other nationality.

But coming to America and becoming a citizen makes you an American!

So it should be with the church.  Nothing matters except faith in CHRIST!  Not race, nationality, gender, age . . . Nothing!

Our like faith in JESUS as SAVIOR makes us One!  One with HIM and One with each other!

So, we can start today by accepting each other on the basis of our kindred faith in the LORD!  Nothing else will matter in Eternity and nothing else matters now!
