My old car needed an engine once.  I took it to a great mechanic.  He rebuilt the engine and it ran for another 100K miles!  Great job.

It was a Ford.  What if I could have taken it to Henry (Ford) himself?  Beyond great, it would have been!

Well, when we put off our old self, then, and only then do we get a rebuild.  And it is done by the MAKER, HIMSELF!

Will that be a perfect job?  Of course.

So the steps are - 

  1. I put off the old.
  2. HE brings in the new.
  3. And so on.

HE will rebuild our attitude.  And, by the way, attitude is everything!  Really.  Everything else follows, attitude leads!

So, start shucking (putting off) the old and get ready for an explosion of attitude! Good attitude!  Great Attitude!  And just watch how everything else changes!
