James 4:8 "Come close to GOD, and GOD will come close to you. Wash your hands, you sinners; purify your hearts, for your loyalty is divided between GOD and the world."

This is the beginning a three Lesson study on Drawing Near to GOD. As I am sure you understand, this is an important part of our lives. As we serve HIM, there are times when we are very close, and there are times when we may feel as though we are drifting away. The marvelous thing is this: HE makes a promise to us that if we draw near to HIM, HE will draw near to us! And HE always keeps HIS promises! So right now, if you feel that you could be closer in your walk with JESUS, pray and ask HIM to help you draw near. There are two steps to take to accomplish this light task and we will discuss them on day two and three of this study. But for now, rejoice that we are never farther away from HIM than a split second, a heartbeat and the twinkling of an eye. HE is close. So close HE is even in us! But to restore our fellowship with HIM, we must . . . . Well, wait for Lesson #2 and see! Until then . . . . JESUS Rules!
